Wealth Management Advisor Desjardins – Greater Quebec City Metropolitan Area Responsibilities Develop and maintain lasting, trusting business relationships with members and clients to ensure their satisfaction. Listen to members’ and clients’ needs, offer tailored advice that fits their financial situation, and help them choose appropriate solutions to achieve their financial goals. Work closely with a client base of individual members and business owners. Drive results by developing strategies and recommending investments, loans and insurance products while balancing member/client satisfaction, business objectives, profitability and prudent risk management. Collaborate with partners and experts to design integrated financial strategies that meet members’ and clients’ needs. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the financial services industry, market trends and best practices. Participate in outreach activities and represent Desjardins in the community. Assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, identify areas for improvement, and follow up on action plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum of one year of relevant experience in wealth management or a related area. Knowledge of current financial, economic, political and legislative events. Specialized knowledge of tax, financial and succession issues for individuals and businesses. Familiarity with the products and services offered by Desjardins and its competitors. Knowledge of debt management and compliance with legislation regarding the distribution of financial products. Understanding of the philosophy and fundamentals of financial service cooperatives. Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle. French language proficiency (required). Benefits Competitive salary and annual bonus. 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year.
