Why you’re right for this opportunity Can you help us problem solve By helping us understand the problem though research, interviewing, audits, market and data analysis, and pull together insights and reports You can define the jobs-to-be-done, and understanding the user’s needs and client’s goals You help us get a full picture though research and testing you conduct and by asking the right questions By helping us define what’s the right thing to design and build to solve the user/client’s needs Can you help us define the user experience By helping us define what’s the right thing to build You can create testing plans for moderated and unmoderated testing You can help get clear insights from users by facilitating testing sessions You can help the client understand the results by packaging up the observations and recommendations in a clear and concise way By visualizing what the interactions should be, though wireframes and prototypes By representing your thinking and design considerations at a professional level to clients and internal stakeholders By defining the user requirements to help your vision come to life By designing amazing digital experiences through best practices and design patterns for web and mobile. You can take an existing brand guide and interpret it into a digital design system By considering how the art direction, interactions, and content work together to deliver an engaging user experience By prototyping experiences with thoughtful consideration of motion, interactions, and transitions (e.g. using Figma, Jitter, AfterEffects etc.) A sneak peek at what you’ll be doing Whether it’s a web platform that will create a seamless ecosystem of products, or mobile apps that need to drive better customer retention, we’ve helped businesses figure out what they need and work with them to get there. And we need more people to help us do this. As a Senior Product Designer at Nascent, you can come into a project that’s not clear, and help the team and the client see what needs to be created. Your strengths are with research and UX, but you can pull together beautifully designed interfaces. You'll collaborate with everyone from our stakeholders to development, design, and QA to deliver great digital experiences.
