Join a team that values collaboration, creativity, and excellence.What you’ll do:Develop predictive models for in-depth analysis and improve existing models and processesCollaborate with Business Development on broker initiativesConsolidate analyses from various centers of excellence to formulate pricing proposals for rate changesWork closely with the Personal Insurance team to meet regional and channel mandatesResearch and apply traditional and innovative actuarial techniques to business challengesDevelop pricing techniques supporting regional needs and provide pricing support for personal insurance productsPrepare and support regulatory rate filings, documenting actuarial processes and modelsManage special projects, overseeing technical design, scope, timelines, and communicationCoach junior staff and serve as a technical mentor for analystsWhat you’ll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Math, Statistics, or related fieldWorking towards ACAS/FCAS designationMinimum 4 years of P&C insurance experience, including 2 years as a Senior Analyst preferredFocus on enhancing customer experienceCuriosity to learn and explore new solutionsStrong mathematical and statistical skillsProblem-solving and analytical abilitiesProficiency in programming; experience with Python, MS Access, SAS, VBA is a plusWhat you’ll get:Competitive rewards including base salary, annual bonus, retirement plans, share plans, health benefits, wellness, and volunteer opportunitiesCareer development opportunities and support for professional educationFlexible vacation policy with options to purchase additional daysPrograms promoting diversity and inclusionWellness programs supporting physical and mental healthHybrid work modelPlease note: We may use AI tools in our recruitment process.
