This is more than a job – it is a career with purpose. Sales Associate Salary Range: $16.00 to $16.75 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance. What You’ll Do Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise Help customers find what they need Handle clerical duties like customer files and contracts Maintain a positive sales‑floor environment What You Need Solid communication skills Desire to help customers Additional Requirements Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs without help and moving 300 lbs with a dolly (training and tools will be provided) Age 18 or older High school diploma or equivalent preferred Total Rewards Our team members receive competitive performance incentives, excellent advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.
