Lead Camunda BPM Developer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Lead Camunda BPM Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Camunda BPM and a strong background in the Transportation and Logistics domain. This role involves designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation. Responsibilities Design and implement scalable technology solutions using Camunda BPM to optimize business processes in the Transportation and Logistics domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams ensuring best practices are followed in solution design and implementation. Oversee the integration of Camunda BPM with existing systems ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Conduct regular assessments of technology architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary enhancements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs processes and configurations for future reference. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the security and integrity of technology solutions. Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology recommending innovative solutions to enhance business performance. Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions for process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope timelines and deliverables ensuring successful project execution. Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology solutions implementing changes as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Drive initiatives to enhance user experience ensuring technology solutions meet the needs of end-users effectively. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of Camunda BPM and its application in process automation. Demonstrate expertise in the Transportation and Logistics domain with a focus on technology-driven solutions. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable technology architectures. Have experience working in a hybrid work model with the ability to collaborate effectively with remote and on-site teams. Display strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and advancements. Salary And Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $115,500 CAD to $135,500 CAD depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
