Position Summary: Were seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while supporting store operations and maintaining our high visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers understanding their needs and providing personalized product recommendationsProcess transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systemMaintain store appearance through regular cleaning organizing and straightening of merchandiseExecute daily stocking tasks including receiving shipments replenishing sales floor inventory and organizing stockroomSupport Store Manager with daily operations reports and special projectsBuild deep product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customersDrive sales through suggestive selling and creating genuine connections with customersEmbody our brand values and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community Requirements: High school diploma or equivalentPrevious retail experience preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsGenuine passion for retail and fashionFlexible availability including evenings weekends and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods lift up to 25 lbs and move throughout the storeBasic math skills and attention to detail We believe in supporting diverse cultures and harnessing the unique knowledge and experience of our team.
