Excellent “SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER” required for well-established and successful PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT/PROPERTY MANAGEMENT company located in VANCOUVER. This is a SENIOR LEVEL role. SUMMARY OF DUTIES Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports Manage and assist with corporate budgets and including variances Establish and maintain internal controls Coordinate audits and work with external auditors Extensive staff supervision including training/mentoring Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the President Collaborate with other departments when required Ensure efficient and effective financial operations REQUIREMENTS CPA designation Proven experience with multi company/inter company accounts Minimum of several years experience functioning at a senior finance level Proven experience in supervising and mentoring staffStrong analytical and problem solving skills Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter and very well organized Job Ref #863 Interested in Applying for this Opportunity?
