Your job Develop innovative AI systems that generate competitive advantages. Understand and challenge business needs and convert them into functional requirements. Write detailed functional analyses and validate them. Perform functional testing and assist the testing team. Diagnose and resolve issues related to solutions. Coach interns and junior analysts. Promote the culture of AI transformation within the Bank. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of 25 passionate colleagues, under the direction of the Senior Director of the AI Factory. Prerequisites Bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration, or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT analyst. Experience in developing and deploying AI systems. Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Experience producing detailed and relevant user stories. Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Proficiency in Python, SQL, and AI libraries. AWS certifications and automation techniques in infrastructure as code (an asset).
