In this role, you’ll have a positive impact on our organization with your leadership, your outstanding organization skills and your project/program delivery experience in an Agile/Safe context.Your roleManage and implement complex, high visibility technology projects prioritized by the IT infrastructure evolution and Transformation sector by creating a motivating environmentContinuously optimize the use of project resources to achieve the sector’s objectivesLead and mobilize (matrix-based) a multidisciplinary team of more than 150 people by promoting innovation and collaborationDiagnose problem situations, take action and help resolve complex problems by implementing solutionsIdentify and manage the risks and issues inherent to the project in a consistent, proactive mannerProduce various reports to track the progress of the project and provide progress reports while adapting your communications to your audience, in particular for executivesEnsure that the various IT and business teams are aligned on the various interdependencies related to your projectBe an agent for change, promoting our values and ensuring constant communication with all internal and external stakeholdersMake sure the process is efficient and the Agile methodology is followed in a product minsetYour teamThe IT team is made up of more than 3,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes.As part of the infrastructure evolution and Transformation sector, you’ll be on a large team of 200 colleagues, and you’ll report to the Vice-President, Infrastructure Evolution and transformation.
