Provide day-to-day leadership supporting engagement, development, and retention Coach team members through career planning and mentorship Align resources for project backlogs and business opportunities Contribute technical expertise to aquatic environmental projects Champion safety and support HSSE training initiatives Requirements:
Degree or diploma in aquatic or environmental sciences Five or more years of aquatic consulting experience People leadership or project-based management experience Familiarity with project management, HSSE, and QA/QC processes French proficiency is considered an asset Apply aquatic science, people leadership, and project management expertise to Stantec’s Atlantic environmental consulting practice.
