Come join a team that shares, collaborates, and learns with a vision of becoming the iconic Registered Dental Hygienist by building self-esteem, one beautiful smile at a time.*What We Offer:*-$2,500 Signing Bonus- Relocation Bonus-Competitive Hourly and/or Commission Wage-Comprehensive Benefits Package including: Medical, Dental and Vision for employees and their families-Annual Uniform and Shoe Allowance-Real Career Growth Opportunities*Key Responsibilities:*-Providing patient care and support in an enthusiastic way, building a personal connection at every visit-Ensures that patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health-Desire to help, educate and improve our patients’ lives-Collect patient’s dental and relevant medical history, to reference during examinations-Taking X-Rays and following all safety procedures as required-Examine gums for infections or gum disease-Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits and treatment progress-Updating patient records and examination notes-Perform all lab duties/requirements as required-Prepare and maintain all dental instruments, supplies and equipment-Call patients for aftercare and answer any questions-Maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation-Possess great energy for a fast-paced environment*Requirements:*-Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program.-Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within province, in good standing-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease-Great time management and organizational skills-Current CPR and First Aid trainingJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $40.00-$45.00 per hourAdditional pay:* Bonus pay* Commission pay* Signing bonusBenefits:* Dental care* Extended health care* On-site parking* Paid time off* Vision careSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Evening shift* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededLicence/Certification:* Dental Hygienist License (required)Ability to Commute:* Hanover, ON N4N 3S5 (required)Ability to Relocate:* Hanover, ON N4N 3S5: Relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: In person
