We are expanding our litigation practice group to meet the increasing needs of our diverse client base. The firm regularly handles civil, commercial, employment, estate, and family‑related disputes, and we are seeking a motivated junior litigator to join a growing team. We care deeply about delivering excellent legal work while ensuring lawyers are well‑supported and fairly compensated. Collaboration and mentorship are core values, which is why this role is in‑office to support effective training, learning, and integration. About The Role We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 0-3 years of experience who is eager to develop litigation skills in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate has interest or early exposure to one or more of the following areas: Civil Litigation Estate Litigation Commercial Litigation Employment Disputes Family Law (asset, not required) A partial book of business is considered an asset but is not required. Candidates who are beginning to build their own practice and are interested in long‑term growth will be well supported. This role offers hands‑on mentorship, strong administrative support, and increasing responsibility as skills and confidence develop.
