About the Role P&D Operations Manager at FedEx Canada. This is an interview position. To supervise, coordinate and control Pick‑Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives. Additionally, supervise warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives. Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate and control Pick‑Up and Delivery operations. Supervise warehouse and ramp operations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Four (4) years FedEx or industry experience. Demonstrated basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Valid driver's license with good driving record. Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment. Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed. Additional Information Note that this is a temporary position for a period of up to 6 months. Posting closes on January 10, 2026. Salary range: CA$120,000.00‑CA$130,000.00.
