Information Technology Business Analyst

Our Toronto based client is seeking an IT Business Analyst with a project‑management skillset to join their team. Base Pay Range CA$65.00/hr – CA$70.00/hr Key Responsibilities Develops business cases for new solutions Identifies and analyzes business needs for assigned IT/OT initiatives Drives stakeholder engagement and communication through business presentations and reports Collaborates with IT Portfolio Management, Security Operations, and Infrastructure teams to manage inbound non‑standard IT requests Supports financial planning and management for IT/OT systems Creates and maintains documentation and procedures to ensure effective IT systems and processes Assists with rate applications Coordinates, documents, and oversees Records Management Program Performs operational routines Skills Minimum five (5) years or relevant experience in IT Project Management, IT Governance or IT Strategic Planning roles Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to the identification of effective business solutions to meet the business goals of the organization Internal and/or external consulting experience in a utility or customer service environment Well versed in the application of IT/OT solutions to work management and business processes Contract Details 6‑month contract to start, with possibility for extension. Rate: CA$65–$70 per hour for an incorporated consultant (based on 37.5 hours/week). 3 days per week in office mandatory. If you’re interested, please reply with a copy of your resume.
