We need a candidate to partner with our Global Sales team to vision and deliver a renewed digitized sales playbook with the right mix of in‑person and virtual sales execution. You will be customer obsessed and understand how digital and data can be leveraged to intelligently target, grow and retain customers. In line with our ambition to scale value from McCain’s strategic platforms you will extend the usage and adoption of our strategic platforms (Salesforce and SAP) and uncover new solutions to deliver value across all our sales channels. Experience leading digital transformation programs in an FMCG environment and knowledge of selling to retail and food service operators will be highly regarded. Core Responsibilities Partner with global and regional Sales leaders of McCain to co‑create a 2–3‑year vision & roadmap to digitally transform Sales processes across the McCain global organization. Lead and direct Technology teams to support execution of the prioritized initiatives. Establish KPIs and measures to track progress and report the deliverables of technology initiatives. Continually improve customer data quality & enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiatives. Digitize to simplify commercial processes and embed data‑led decision making and insights to enable continual improvement. Continue the vision of making Salesforce the single source of truth for customer information and orchestrator of digital business processes for Sales teams. Look to replace any legacy solutions with global best practice and platforms. Infuse knowledge of technology trends and competitor activity into decision making. Work closely with the Global Product Owner for Digital Marketing, Trade and Pricing and McCain’s Commercial leaders to maximize growth through connected marketing, trade and sales processes. Technology Delivery Develop, own, and execute product roadmap. Translate product roadmap features into well‑defined product requirements. Work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks. Participate in the development process with the development team and external partners to deliver product changes. Work closely with Data and Analytics teams to deliver AI and data‑led solutions. Prioritize and maintain the backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders. Partner with product stakeholders to define the user experience. Identify change management impacts to end‑user community and collaborate with respective stakeholders to manage/mitigate. Ensure data & insights are available to create actionable outcomes for the ultimate customer. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post‑launch to evaluate future investment. Understand product roadmap risks, issues, and blockers and actively assist with issue resolution. What You’ll Need To Be Successful Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Engineering/Science/Technology. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated work experience in Sales leadership or enablement (e.g., Trade Management, Pricing, sales planning & selling execution). Knowledge of SAP / Salesforce solutions. Experience in leading projects preferably in a global environment. Experience working within an agile project delivery framework. Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties. Alignment with McCain core values. Drives Results, Collaboration, Customer focus. Other Information Hours of work are a regular 40‑hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs. Travel required. Job is primarily performed in a standard office environment but working from home an option upon agreement with Manager & McCain Policies. Compensation Package 111,700 – 149,000 CAD annually + bonus eligibility. The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education/training, and other organizational needs.
