Police Detachment Front Desk Clerk – Customer

City of Richmond is seeking a Counter Clerk to support the RCMP detachment by delivering customer service and clerical tasks at the front counter.

Under supervision, this role responds to inquiries, processes permits and records, and uses police information systems such as CPIC, PRIME, JUSTIN, LEIP and PROS. Strong communication and organization are essential, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
