You help sell general insurance products and services through multiple distribution channels based on member/client needs and current strategies and practices. You promote and sell property and casualty coverage to business clients. You serve members and clients, analyze their needs, and use your persuasive skills to help them choose the right coverage. You meet sales goals and member/client needs and expectations while ensuring member/client satisfaction. You help develop and maintain personal business relationships that have development potential for your sector. You help develop solutions using your analytical skills and discipline-specific knowledge. The ability to learn quickly and use technology effectively is essential. You advise and assist current and potential members and clients. You represent Desjardins and enter the organization into important agreements with clients. You also have many opportunities to establish and negotiate product and service terms.
