Marketing Manager The Marketing Manager plays a key leadership role on the Marketing Team, responsible for executing Impact Kitchen’s marketing strategy across the Toronto and NYC markets. This role focuses on driving brand growth and awareness while ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Working closely with the Marketing & Partnerships department, the Marketing Manager is instrumental in expanding the Impact Kitchen community and ensuring brand alignment across the Toronto and New York markets. This is a contract role to cover Maternity Leave. Estimated duration of February 2026 – May 2027. Reports To: President Direct Reports: Content Coordinator Key Collaborators: Community Manager, NYC Guest Experience Coordinator Catering Manager Regional Operations Managers Menu Development Manager Core Responsibilities Brand Building Implement a robust marketing strategy that supports brand awareness, guest engagement, and growth across all markets (Toronto, NYC). Lead brand management efforts to ensure consistency across all channels, customer touchpoints, and markets. Report on key marketing metrics including OKRs and KPIs to track performance and inform strategic decisions. Manage and adhere to the annual and periodic Marketing budget. Content & Digital Marketing Manage content planning and execution across all channels, including: Organic and paid social media Email marketing, including segmented and mass communications (ie. EngageAI, Catering, Impact Everyday, Loyalty) Menu Launch briefs Website and blog Menu boards, packaging, and in‑restaurant signage Photography, event signage, and third‑party platforms The Impact App and Loyalty program The Impact Community Podcast Manage the execution of Impact’s email and loyalty marketing campaigns using Givex’s “Engage AI” tool. Develop and manage Impact’s blog and editorial calendar to support thought leadership and storytelling initiatives. Oversee the strategy, planning, and performance tracking of organic social campaigns, working with internal stakeholders or external partners to optimize performance. Community, Partnerships & Events Represent Impact Kitchen in the community by developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with ambassadors, creators, guests, and strategic partners. Plan, host, and attend community events that align with Impact Kitchen’s values and business goals, in collaboration with the Community Manager. Oversee the Impact Kitchen in‑restaurant sampling program to elevate the guest experience at all Impact Kitchen locations. Support partnership activations and ambassador‑led initiatives that drive local awareness and engagement. Loyalty Program Management Communicate the value of Impact’s Loyalty Program through digital campaigns and in‑store initiatives to maximize adoption and engagement. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Culinary, and People & Culture teams to ensure that guest experience, product launches, and employer brand initiatives are effectively supported. Analyze marketing performance data and loyalty program metrics to provide actionable insights, optimize campaigns, and drive strategic growth across all marketing channels. Manage the EngageAI ecosystem, while supporting the team in managing menu boards, loyalty, rewards and discounts. Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Launch Support Act as a key marketing liaison with Operations, Culinary, and People & Culture teams to support initiatives including menu launches, limited‑time offers, hiring campaigns, and internal culture storytelling. Support go‑to‑market strategies and marketing rollouts for key initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand positioning while tailoring to campaign objectives. Coordinate the creation of marketing materials and signage to support in‑restaurant needs. Team Leadership & Reputation Management Manage and mentor the Content Coordinator, providing clear direction, alignment, and development opportunities. Support brand reputation efforts, including the coordination of messaging in response to sensitive issues or guest feedback trends, ensuring alignment with brand values and tone.
