Responsibilities Identify training and support needs based on evaluations and audits; Develop and adapt training and quality programs with the Sales Support Manager; Design and facilitate training courses adapted to different levels of knowledge; Develop the onboarding program for new account managers and support agents; Create educational materials and knowledge assessment tools; Form teams in groups or individually, face‑to‑face or remotely; Update procedures and the quality‑training dashboard; Lead monthly meetings with managers and team leaders to ensure that everyone applies the same practices and standards; Monitor performance indicators and propose avenues for continuous improvement. Qualifications You have a Diploma of College Studies (DEC) or an equivalent combination of training and experience; You have 3 to 5 years of experience in training, pedagogy or andragogy; You have excellent facilitation, communication and popularization skills; You are able to design training courses adapted to different learner profiles; You demonstrate autonomy, rigor and good organizational skills; You are very comfortable with computer tools and training software; You like to learn, share and collaborate to grow your team; You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written (English is required in order to communicate with our English‑speaking teams).
