Job Overview Join a locally owned and operated Shoppers Drug Mart store to deliver health, beauty and convenience services while keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do. Key Responsibilities Maximize sales of beauty products and services. Promote and sell beauty products, encouraging customers to participate in the PC Optimum program. Provide superior customer service, modeling desired behavior with eClienteling and booking in‑store events. Exhibit and promote the company’s products and services, attend vendor schools and education sessions, adhere to Cosmetics Operating Standards. Comply with health and safety regulations, store policies, loss prevention policies, and act professionally at all times. Qualifications Planning, judgment, and decision making; independent thinking and decisions. Selling skills in cosmetics/luxury goods; proven consultative skills with a track record. Good knowledge of various beauty products and services; ability to conduct sit‑down makeup and skincare consultations and demonstrate application. Strong communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladder, bend and stretch to stock shelves.
