Health & Wellness Manager - 1 year Contract The Health and Wellness Manager will ensure residents enjoy a lifestyle and quality of life exceeding expectations. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, and staff. All duties are performed in the best interest of residents and their families, in accordance with Chartwell’s vision, mission, and values. What you will do Ensure residents enjoy their day to the fullest. Deliver high‑quality care with a personalized touch. Build meaningful relationships with residents and family members. Collaboratively ensure the smooth operation of the residence. What you bring Love, respect, and a passion for people. A genuine interest in providing an exceptional care experience. Monitors the wellbeing of residents and ensures they receive the care they need. RPN, LPN, or RN nursing skills. Candidate requirements Must be available to work weekdays (Monday‑Friday).
