What You'll Do
Here:Participate in review and execution of the Construction Inspection and Test PlansPerform quality inspection in accordance with the related codes and customer specifications. Inspections shall include but not be limited to:Dimensional inspectionsPositive material identificationReview of Certified Material Test Reports as requiredPerform internal weld monitoring as requiredComplete all associated documentation and forms for individual inspectionsParticipate in the development and maintenance of a cost of quality tracking systemTracking of non-conformance reports and corrective/preventative action requestsWhat You Bring To The Team:Graduate secondary school education in welding technology, QA/QC or a related discipline at a University or College levelW178 Level 1 or 2 Visual Weld inspection. (preferred)Good communication and organizational skillsComputer literate in MS OfficeASME Code, B&PV plus Nuclear/ ISO 9001 and CWB experiencePrevious experience in receiving inspections and controls within a Nuclear Qualified Warehouse and Clean Room would be considered an assetReason for vacancy: New roleThe expected pay range for this position is $37-$50 per hourIndividual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions.
