Key Responsibilities
• Win new clients in Mechanical and Electrical sectors
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Source and interview candidates effectively
• Manage the recruitment process from job briefs to placements
• Present shortlisted candidates to clients

Requirements:
• Experience in a 360 recruitment role
• Background in the construction industry preferred
• Proven billing record of $300K+
• Ability to develop client relationships
