Employer Industry: Health Technology Why Consider this Job Opportunity 100% remote work flexibility with optional office access Full benefits package including pension plan with employer contribution Paid vacation and wellness days Performance bonus opportunities Excellent leadership and mentorship opportunities Collaborative team environment that values your contributions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Communicate with Functional Leads, Business Analysts, Solution Designers, and Developers to understand testing scope Analyze technical documents to identify test scenarios and develop comprehensive test cases Execute manual test scripts with precision and attention to detail Report defects and follow up on resolution within established timeframes Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies on healthcare technology projects What is Required (Qualifications) Bilingual proficiency (English and French) with excellent written and oral communication skills University degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience in pension plan administration or financial services industry Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking Experience with Selenium and Java We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
