As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will plan, develop, implement, administer, and maintain compensation programs that support the company’s global pay philosophy, objectives, competitive position, and local practices. You will ensure the global application of competitive pay practices, evaluate programs, trends, and/or new technologies, and recommend changes and improvements. You will also formulate recommendations regarding the development of base pay structures through job design and evaluation. You work under minimal supervision and provide solutions to problems of moderate to high complexity. What You’ll Be Doing Provide compensation support for the assigned segment(s) of the organization. Develop and administer competitive and legally compliant compensation programs. Consult with and advise business partners and managers on compensation policies, offers, promotions, market analyses, and job evaluations. Support the organization on base pay, incentives, and pay equity. Design and review special compensation and incentive plans. Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and support client deliverables. Assist with global compensation review cycles, including budget and testing. What You Need To Bring 3+ years of global compensation experience. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suite. Discretion handling confidential information. Strong quantitative reasoning skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Broad background in job design, market pricing, and surveys. Fluency in English. Even Better If You Have BS/BA degree. Experience with Workday HCM and Advanced Compensation Module. Experience in the tech industry. CCP certification. What’s in it for you?
