Manage Relationships : Build strong relationships with customers and own their implementation outcomes. Become an Expert : Develop a deep understanding of the automotive industry and become a trusted advisor to your customers. Provide On‑Site Support (as needed) : Offer in‑person support and training to strategic accounts (ability to travel). Provide Feedback : Champion your customers internally by sharing their feedback with our Product team. Collaborate : Work closely with your peers to continuously improve our processes and operations. Requirements What we're looking for : Technical Expertise : 1-2 years of experience in software implementations. Customer Focus : Passion for helping others succeed and a dedication to customer satisfaction. Proven Success : A strong track record of achievement in previous roles. Unique Talents : Bring your own unique skills and perspectives to the team. Required : Bilingual French proficiency.
