We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Team

OverviewWe are seeking a motivated, customer-focused and results-driven Finance Manager to join our dealership family. We are looking for a candidate with experience in an automotive dealership.ResponsibilitiesAchieve high levels of sales penetration of products such as extended warranties, finance, insurance and other products sold through the business officePrepare all documentation connected with the sale and delivery of vehicles in an accurate and legal manner and in accordance with dealership policiesMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports of activity related to the sale of business office productsEnsure maximum approval rate on customers applying for financing or leasing by making use of all available financial contacts and resourcesVerify insurance on all customers’ vehicles and any other transactionsFollow up on proceeds from finance sources to ensure prompt paymentProvide Product Advisors with information to support the finance and insurance officeProcess credit applications as requiredPrepare financing and legal documentation for the purchase of vehicles/aftermarket productsCreate and sustain solid business relationships with lending institutions and customers in order to create repeat businessOther administrative tasks as neededQualificationsPrevious sales experience in the dealership is preferred, with proven track recordValid Ontario G class Driver's License and clean Driver’s AbstractOMVIC license is requiredThis is an excellent income potential position and remuneration is based on how much effort you put into the positionExperience with Era Ignite is an assetNote: Previous experience is required, but we are open to individuals with previous transferable skills such as: Finance Manager, Sub Prime, Non Prime, Business Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Automotive, FNI, F&IAbout Car Nation CanadaCar Nation Canada’s Mission Statement: At Car Nation Canada, our Family of Dealerships provides industry leading automotive sales and service experiences by treating every customer and employee like family.
