Job Title: Data Entry / Document Scanning AssociateLocation: Toronto, ON (near Keele St & Finch Ave)Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday - Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or Afternoon Shift: 4:30 PM - 12:00 AMPay Rate: $17.85 per hourThis position supports a records management operation. The work includes handling physical files, preparing documents for scanning, and completing data entry using computer systems. The role is based in a warehouse office setting rather than a traditional office, with work completed at an individual scanning station.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare documents for scanning by removing staples, paperclips, and bindingsScan physical documents using high-speed scanning equipmentPerform data entry and indexing of scanned files into various internal systemsConduct image and data quality checks to ensure accuracy and resolutionAssemble printed materials and bind documents as neededCollaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and accuracy standardsRequirementsStrong attention to detail and accuracyIntermediate computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and AdobeExperience working with data entry and scanning systems preferredAbility to perform repetitive tasks efficiently in a fast-paced settingStrong communication and organization skillsAble to work with minimal supervision and contribute to a team environmentWork ConditionsThis position is in a warehouse-style environment with seated workstations. Repetitive motion and extended periods of computer use are required.
