This role is commission-based — the harder you work, the more you earn. Many of our agents make $8,000+ per month. Responsibilities Schedule and lead apartment visits with prospective tenants Market listings across platforms and networks Process rental applications and screen tenants Prepare all required leasing documents Answer inquiries and provide clear, helpful information Qualifications Passion for real estate and sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking ability Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills Driven, ambitious, and eager to grow (Broker license not required, but an asset) At Montact, we believe in rewarding effort and dedication.
