JOB SUMMARY The Delivery Experience Supervisor will track and audit the driving, product handling and customer service skills of all delivery teams. In addition, they will conduct safety training according to Metro well-defined training program for drivers. Monday to Friday - Morning shift RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for conducting Route Audits. Collaborating, developing and updating of Delivery Training materials. Comprehensive knowledge of all Client/Retailer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assist in the recruiting and onboarding of new Delivery Partners and Delivery staff. Assist in the onboarding of new customers (SOP development, training etc.). NPS awareness, auditing, and improvement programs. Manage and document the initial, recurring and “as needed” training programs. Identify and resolve product and property damage root causes. Management of Delivery Partner recycling and waste responsibilities (sorting and offloading). Manage the Delivery Partner Returns processes (repackaging, concealed damage protocols) Assist Compliance department with Delivery Partner documents and renewals (1st level of escalation). Conduct training sessions of the TMS Delivery App. Conduct KPI audits and corrective action plans. Participate in dock meetings and load out with the Delivery Partners (DPs) Develop claims mitigation and resolution programs. Assist DPs with resource guidance (contingency planning, business guidance, etc.).
