Make an impact with our Administration team as a Receptionist. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members, creating a welcoming and professional experience
- Answer and direct incoming calls and respond to general office inquiries
- Work collaboratively with the administrative team to support office operations, share responsibilities, and deliver an exceptional client and team member experience
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages and deliveries
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate refreshments and catering for client meetings and office events
- Help maintain a welcoming, organized and professional office environment
- Monitor office supply inventory and help ensure the office is stocked and organized
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, scanning, filing, and data entry
- Support office events, team initiatives and day-to-day office activities
- Build positive relationships with clients, visitors and team members across the office and region
