As a Merchant Card Sales Representative, you will focus on engaging and enabling merchants to accept a major credit card brand. You will be the face of the brand and visit local merchants to increase card acceptance, work with teams to remediate technical issues, and convert merchants to accept the card. What’s in it for you? Act as the face of the brand while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Visit local merchants regularly to educate them, place signage, test terminals, and remediate issues. Convert merchants to full acceptance of a major credit card brand. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical barriers. Maintain and grow strong client relationships. Qualifications Traveling 50–75% of the time – occasional overnight travel required. Overcoming objections and influencing merchant behavior. Managing priorities to work smart and efficiently. Using Salesforce skills to track and manage activity. Experience Prior experience in the Merchant Services industry. Experience with merchant service processing and territory management. Background in ISO processing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills. Effective communication and influencing abilities.
