Join the loudest store in the mall We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in an appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.What You'll DoProvide an engaging shopping experience that encourages customers to return, demonstrating product knowledge and customer service skills.Maintain visual standards in your assigned sales floor zones.Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup.Assist with planogram updates, including store layout and merchandising.Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ.Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve goals.Perform any other duties assigned by your Store Leader.What You'll NeedPrevious retail experience, especially if you're passionate about music and pop culture.Strong customer service and sales skills.Minimum age of 16 years old.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: TemporaryJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion, Manufacturing, RetailReferrals can increase your chances of interviewing at Hot Topic by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
