Opportunity Our Building business line offers comprehensive project services: structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and advanced designs in acoustics, fire protection, physical security, and energy efficiency. We work on multidisciplinary mandates in all phases of a project – new construction, expansions, renovations, or asset maintenance. Background & Qualifications More than 15 years of experience in an engineering consulting firm, particularly in building technical systems design and project management roles Engineering degree from a recognized university or a senior professional technologist designation with equivalent experience Certified professional in Quebec or member of the OIQ Good knowledge of business development activities and a strong reputation within the industry Proficiency in Canadian building standards and codes Understanding of construction methods and project execution Solid experience in project management and team-oriented leadership on large-scale, complex projects Experience in multidisciplinary coordination throughout design and construction Proven experience leading a large team of engineers and designers Strong written and oral communication skills; fluency in French required; English is an asset Why Choose Stantec?
