This team provides care to clients throughout Yavapai County . PT’s work with clients in their home, craft treatment plans, and apply innovative techniques to help them reach their goals. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home.
