OverviewClinical Pharmacist – Langley Memorial Hospital – Part‑time (18‑month contract) with Fraser Health Authority. This role utilizes clinical pharmacy expertise to advance patient medication therapy within a collaborative hospital environment.SalaryHourly rate: CAD $51.37 – $64.19 (part‑time hours). Competitive benefits package is available.ResponsibilitiesIndividualized patient medication therapy and counselling.Collaboration with physicians, nurses and other health providers to develop, implement and monitor therapeutic plans.Development of drug therapy guidelines for disease conditions and preparation of professional journal submissions.Participation in medication use evaluations, quality improvement initiatives and clinical drug trials.Mentorship and supervision of pharmacy students, residents and new staff.Prescription validation and dispensing accuracy, documentation of safety concerns and resolution of discrepancies.QualificationsCurrent registration as a Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia.Completion of an accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program (or equivalent combination of education, training and experience).Broad knowledge of evidence‑based clinical pharmacy practice and medication use evaluation.Ability to communicate effectively, establish working relationships and operate related equipment.Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.BenefitsCompetitive salary package.Comprehensive health benefits coverage.LocationLangley, British Columbia, Canada – part‑time clinical pharmacist position within Fraser Health Authority.Apply NowJoin a dedicated team committed to high‑quality patient care.
