Install, troubleshoot, and repair fire alarm, security, and access control panel systems. Perform panel repair/reprogramming, device replacement/repair, low‑voltage circuit troubleshooting, and system testing. Organize and effectively apply technical resources, information, and materials to assure efficient execution of all assigned tasks. Provide outstanding customer service and clear communication with clients. Complete and submit all required task‑related documentation promptly. Participate in on‑call and after‑hours work as required. How You Will Do It Program fire alarm, security, and access control system panels. Follow verbal and written instructions, completing reports and maintaining truck inventory. Work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer requirements. Travel overnight if necessary. Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures. Perform physical labor up to 25 lb and climb ladders, work in ducts, crawl spaces, and high‑lift equipment up to 40 ft. Work individually and in a group setting. Preferred Qualifications Ability to interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. Bilingual French and English. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid CFAA Certification. Experience with fire alarm systems (minimum 2 years) with vendors such as Notifier, C/Hubbs Edwards, Siemens, Mircom, Simplex. Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learning ability. Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to meet physical requirements and travel. Pay Range: $32–68 hourly, determined by the CBA/rate sheet.
