Teach Core French across two Toronto Catholic schools as a Long Term Occasional teacher, supporting Primary, Junior, or Intermediate learners.
The Toronto Catholic District School Board seeks a Long Term Occasional teacher for French Core instruction. The assignment is split between St. Denis Catholic School in the morning and Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School in the afternoon. Applicants must support the TCDSB’s Catholic learning community and meet Ontario College of Teachers requirements. Teacher candidates with a Transitional Certificate are welcome to apply. The position contributes to learning that supports students’ academic, spiritual, socio-emotional, and physical growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach French Core instruction across assigned grade divisions
- Work mornings at St. Denis Catholic School
- Work afternoons at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic School
- Support students’ academic and overall development
Requirements:
- Ontario College of Teachers certification in good standing
- Transitional Certificate accepted for teacher candidates
- Pastoral reference or completed Priest Reference Form
- Practicum reports or teacher performance appraisals
- Resume, cover letter, and two teacher references
