Qualifications Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation preferred (or working toward completion). Life Licence (LLQP) preferred to offer insurance solutions. Minimum 3+ years of financial advisory experience, ideally in an independent or holistic planning environment. Strong understanding of investment, insurance, and retirement planning concepts. Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to education and client empowerment. Proven ability to develop and retain long‑term client relationships built on trust.
