Together, we enable the next generation of digital technology.**IPS Design Verification Engineer**Our IP Scaling (IPS) organization is focused on creating customized IP for Alphawave Semi's expanding customer base. We deliver industry-leading high-speed interconnect solutions tailored to specific requirements across a wide variety of use-cases including High Performance Computing and Artificial Intelligence. We are looking for an enthusiastic Design Verification Engineer to join our fun and dynamic team of talented innovators.**What you will do:*** Own the end-to-end verification of new features and optimizations* Assess design requirements/specifications and devise verification plans* Build/enhance testbenches and analyze test failures to uncover design bugs* Facilitate bit-matching of RTL design and MATLAB system models* Integrate 3rd party VIPs for compliance testing of standard protocols* Build releases of our design IP for customers* Contribute towards the continuous improvement of verification methodologies and processes* Work with technical and project managers to create development plans and schedules* Take on opportunities to lead, plan, and coordinate tasks with team members* Support post-silicon validation and bring-up activities including debug and documentation* Cross-functional collaboration with design verification, front-end integration, systems, analog, firmware/software, physical design, SoC, marketing, and project management teams**What you will need:*** Bachelor or Master degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering* ASIC design verification experience including coding in Verilog/SystemVerilog* An applied understanding of UVM and verification techniques* Experience with constrained-random verification in SystemVerilog and UVM* Formal Verification and Power-aware UPF verification techniques* Tools/languages: Verilog/System Verilog, Python, Perl, C/C++, GNU Make, EDA tools* Working knowledge of scripting and the Linux/Unix environment* Experience with delivering to multiple programs in parallel* Strong initiative and independently capable of driving tasks to completion* Verification experience in Ethernet, PCIe, SerDes PHY, DSP, and Analog mixed-signal is desirable**We have a flexible work environment to support and help employees thrive in personal and professional capacities.****You'll also be eligible for competitive benefits described as per below:****Health & Wellness**Our programs emphasize knowledge and prevention, helping you stay proactive and prepared to manage your health at every stage.* Comprehensive health plan* Health Spending Account (HSA)* Wellness Spending Account (WSA)* Employee Assistance Program (EAP)**Time Off**We value the importance of rest and recharge, which is why we offer flexible time off options to support your well-being.* Paid Vacation* Paid Holidays* Parental Leave Top-Up Program**Equal Employment Opportunity Statement**Alphawave Semi is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all applicants regardless of age, gender, race, disability, or other protected characteristics.
