Check out these other perks:Generous time off (including vacation, holiday shutdown between Christmas and New Year, and having your birthday off)Full and flexible benefits on day one (it is our business after all)Convenient commute accessibility (…if we ever commute again)This position comes with competitive compensation (base salary plus bonus) and great benefits of course.ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:Lead the development of pharmacy benefit management plan design alternatives and product/process enhancements.Collaborate with external stakeholders – Pharmacy and the Pharmaceutical industry - regarding new products as well as the adoption of new policies or practices.Provide expertise to clients, providers, and suppliers related to pharmacy benefit management.Contribute to benefit utilization analyses and preparing position papers and reports.Assist in the development of internal and external communications regarding GSC pharmacy benefit management strategy.Represent GSC in industry peer groups, external presentations, and conferences to reinforce GSC’s position as a pharmacy benefit management specialist.In a supervisory role, will be responsible for the direct supervision, guidance and development of the Drug Authorization Team to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and standards for service, efficiency and quality.WHO WE'RE LOOKING FORQUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES INCLUDE:Experience in pharmacy benefit management.Must be a licensed, registered Pharmacist in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.Strong working knowledge of the regulatory and competitive environment for prescription drugs and pharmacy benefits; awareness and ability to anticipate key trendsExcellent analytical, listening, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situationsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools required.A keen customer focus.Bilingual communication skills, English and French considered a valued asset.Management/ supervisory experience is required.If you are interested in this role and you meet the qualifications, we invite you to applyfor the opportunity from the page that opens.Providing this information gives GSC consent to use your personal information to assess your suitability for specific positions, future opportunities or for your personnel file.
