As the Cyber Security Lead, your main job is to make sure that our organization stays safe from cyber threats. Here's what you'll be doing:

1. **Implementing Security Practices**: You'll put into action the best practices recommended by our client, the Department of Cyber Security & Digital Solutions. This involves meeting with different teams, both inside and outside the organization, running workshops, creating documents, and spreading awareness about cyber security.

2. **Choosing the Right Tools**: You'll help decide which technology tools we need to keep our systems secure. This means looking at our needs, checking out different options, and suggesting the best ones. You'll also help with the process of getting these tools, like writing up what we need and evaluating proposals from vendors.

3. **Updating Documentation**: You'll make sure that all our documents about cyber security risks and how to handle them are up to date and available to everyone who needs them.

4. **Leading Teams**: You'll be part of teams that work on health and government projects, making sure everyone understands the importance of cyber security and how it affects what we do.

5. **Providing Expert Advice**: You'll be the go-to person for advice on cyber security for our team, other parts of the business, and our vendors. You'll help them understand the latest methods and tools for managing cyber risks.

6. **Tracking Progress**: You'll keep an eye on how well we're doing at managing cyber risks, and if there are any problems, you'll figure out how to fix them.

7. **Training and Awareness**: You'll create training sessions and other materials to teach our team and others about cyber security risks and how to manage them.

8. **Reporting and Communication**: You'll keep everyone informed about the state of our cyber security, including any risks we face and what we're doing to address them. You'll also work with leaders to make sure they understand the risks and take appropriate action.

In addition to these responsibilities, you'll work on tasks like:

- Making sure our systems and processes are aligned with our business goals.- Following up on any problems found during audits or checks to make sure they're fixed.

- Working with different teams to plan for and respond to cyber security risks.
