In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our market intelligence capabilities, managing the compensation job matching process, and designing, building, and maintaining a suite of digital tools that drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, particularly in Power BI, to develop dashboards and insights that elevate our compensation strategies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend compensation expertise with digital product development, ensuring our organization remains competitive and agile in a rapidly evolving market.Fournir des avis et des conseils d’expert en matière de rémunération par l’intermédiaire de la mobilisation de divers secteurs d’activité, groupes d’exploitation et leaders afin de mettre en œuvre la stratégie de BMO et de soutenir celle du secteur d’activité ou du groupe d’exploitation. Appuyer et définir l’orientation stratégique, la conception du cadre de gouvernance, la conception de programmes et l’exécution des programmes de rémunération à BMO. Comprendre et respecter les exigences réglementaires dans les territoires compétents.
