We are a firm 100% owned by its employees, valuing a collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset, with flexible work arrangements.Job DescriptionProvide expertise in geotechnical services, rock mechanics, and materials control for diverse projects, offering innovation, customer support, and multidisciplinary integration. We offer a hybrid work mode.Primary ResponsibilitiesConduct and supervise geotechnical studies from planning to report writing.Inspect and assess safety of dams.Participate in tunnel and rock wall stability studies, including drone surveys.Coordinate studies, engineering, fieldwork, subcontractors, and suppliers.Prepare tender documents and plans with support from draftsmen.Supervise and mentor interns and team members.QualificationsDegree in civil or geological engineering, specialization in geotechnics.Minimum 7 years of experience in geotechnics.Member of OIQ.Knowledge of geotechnical software.Fluent in French and English.Strong communication and project management skills.Why choose CIMA+?
