Team Events & Social Activities – Work hard, play hard Responsibilities Develop work instructions and continuously improve them. Improve work methods to enhance quality and reduce execution time. Participate in solving manufacturing issues in collaboration with design engineers and the production line. Complete technical and management files in collaboration with various stakeholders (production, engineering, quality, logistics…). Research and propose technical and economic solutions to improve workshop performance. Ensure work methods are safe and comply with health and safety standards. Participate in employee engagement within the workshop. Participate in or lead special projects. What We Are Looking For College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline. 5–10 years of experience in methods. Bilingual (spoken and written). Experience in an industrial workshop, ideally in heavy equipment manufacturing. Experience in a unionized environment. Strong computer skills (CMMS an asset). Available for occasional travel.
