The bigger picture We’re looking for a motivated and trustworthy person to come on board as our Mobile Mortgage Specialist. In this role you will service Regina and surrounding areas and work closely with our members to build trusting relationships and uncover their ultimate mortgage needs. You will proactively and positively represent Conexus externally to support the growth of our membership and depth of member relationships. As a commission‑based role, this position begins with six months of salary and transitions to straight commission after six months. How you’ll be spending your time Seeking out new mortgage leads by networking with realtors, developers, builders, and previous mortgage customers Developing your skill set while mastering our full suite of mortgage products Educating members on value and use of Conexus products and services to meet members’ needs Providing support to the team to assist in achieving individual and team goals Providing developmental and technical guidance to fellow employees to enhance their knowledge and skills The way people describe you You are passionate about networking and meeting people to build an external referral pipeline.
