Position Responsibilities Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives across various business functions. Engage in project management activities that enhance digital capabilities and streamline processes within Manulife. Collaborate with different teams to improve customer service and distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Utilize analytics to support decision‑making processes in group benefits, strategy, and/or insurance, aiming to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Required Qualifications Pursuing a degree in Health, Business Administration, Commerce (or a related discipline), with an expected graduation in 2026. Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills with sound judgment. Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities. A passion for continuous improvement and a drive to make meaningful changes. A natural curiosity to learn and apply new skills in a fast‑paced environment. Expertise in interpreting data and applying data‑driven insights to guide business decisions and optimize operations. Quick learner who thrives in dynamic environments, embracing new challenges with flexibility and resilience. Skilled in building and maintaining trust with team members and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and inclusive culture. Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $62,850.00 CAD - $104,750.00 CAD If you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact recruitment@manulife.com for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job‑related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
