What You’ll AccomplishEnsure each facility is operationally capable of producing concrete at design capacity to meet customer demands.Proactively address breakdown events with urgency while maintaining safety and product quality.Inspect and monitor all mechanical equipment to emphasize preventative maintenance over breakdown maintenance.Aim to build and maintain a high-performing group of facilities.Purchase and maintain inventories of parts and supplies within corporate guidelines to achieve cost efficiency.Commit to health, safety, and environmental policies in all work environments and promote a culture of safety. What We’re Looking ForEducation: High school Diploma or equivalentRequired Work Experience: 1 year of Industrial Millwright ExperienceRequired Technical Experience: Basic computer skills (email, word-processing, spreadsheets)Required Training/Certifications: Interprovincial Red Seal Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) – formal apprenticeship.
