Senior User Experience Designer (12‑Month Contract) – Enterprise Digital Team We’re looking for a Senior User Experience Designer who’s equal parts visionary and hands‑on problem solver—someone who can zoom out to define a multi‑year product experience and zoom in to deliver beautifully crafted, user‑centered design. You’ll join a high‑impact digital design team working across web, mobile, and cloud experiences, helping shape the future of large‑scale internal and client‑facing platforms (including Salesforce). This role is for a designer who loves complexity, collaboration, and creating clarity where there isn’t any yet. What You’ll Do Design Leadership & Delivery (Hands‑on IC role) Lead end‑to‑end UX for complex digital experiences—from vision to execution Create user flows, service maps, wireframes, prototypes, and polished design assets Define data architecture, interaction models, and practical UX grounded in user needs Partner with product owners, developers, and cross‑functional teams to bring experiences to life Present and socialize design concepts, prototypes, and long‑term vision to stakeholders Strategic Experience Visioning Spend ~60% of your time shaping 1‑2 year product experience strategies Conduct research, analyze customer metrics, explore market patterns, and influence roadmaps Identify opportunities for innovation and experience improvements Tactical Salesforce Delivery Contribute to ongoing UX needs for a Salesforce‑focused delivery team (~20% of your time) What You Bring 10+ years designing complex digital experiences in enterprise or large‑scale environments Mastery of Figma (daily heavy usage) Deep experience with user‑centered design, UX research, and data‑informed decision making Strong systems thinking: flows, information architecture, interaction models Ability to work in fast‑paced Agile teams and collaboratively shape requirements A portfolio showcasing responsive, elegant, thoughtful design work Bonus: familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms Your Skill Set (Beyond the Tools) Exceptional communication—you can sell a vision without the buzzwords Strong presenter who can align, influence, and collaborate across disciplines Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable owning UX end‑to‑end Analytical thinker who enjoys complexity Creative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning Hybrid: Onsite 4 days/week (Downtown Toronto – Wellington & University area) Monday to Friday, 9–5 EST If this sounds like you—apply with your resume and portfolio.
