As part of the senior leadership team, reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll develop and implement overall plant technical strategies focused on engineering projects, utilities, maintenance and stores improvement programs.Don't miss this exciting opportunity to make your mark on a global leader in the industry.This is a highly visible and strategic role that offers fast-track career advancement.Compensation: $120,000 - $165,000 + 15% bonus opportunity + 9% 401k match + strong benefits.Location: Janesville, WI. Full relocation package.ResponsibilitiesDevelop 1 to 5 year capital plan with various functions such as Safety, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, Finance.Lead capital projects that improve automation, safety, quality, reduce costs, improve production efficiencies, and customer service.Provide engineering thought leadership in the fields of automation and production design – think creatively and proactively.Support the Plant by providing project and technical support.Manage the Utilities team and ensure functionality and compliance within the plant utilities processes such as: Refrigeration, Ammonia, Nitrogen, Steam, Natural Gas and Compressed Air.Why is This a Great OpportunityGreat Company, excellent opportunity for growth, generous benefits.Note: EXCLUSIVE SEARCH Long-term client (over 20 yrs) - very responsive.Requirements: Some kind of engineering (or similar) degree is required; although titles manager - management experience is NOT required; 3+ years Food Manufacturing is required. This plant has over 500 employees.Job Requirements:QualificationsEngineering Degree or related Bachelor's / Master's degree.8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in Food manufacturing.Strategy and Budget planning of multi-million dollar projectsAbility to collaborate as a member of a senior level innovation think tank.Continuous Improvement experience required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
